Eligibility
Return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery, and the item must remain in the same condition as received.
Request Process
Contact our client care team with your order number and reason for return before shipping anything back.
Return Condition
Original packaging, documents, accessories, and security tags must be included.
Exceptions
Final-sale items, altered or resized pieces, special orders, and specifically sourced purchases may be excluded.
Return Shipping
Returns must be sent using the approved, fully insured method we provide. Return shipping costs are confirmed when your return is approved.
Refund Timing
After receipt and inspection, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
