Most items sold by Masato Vintage are pre-owned, vintage or collectible. Age, prior ownership and normal use may result in wear. Product photographs and written descriptions form part of the listing. Colors and scale can vary by screen and photography. Measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated. Boxes, papers, certificates and accessories are included only when specifically listed.

Masato Vintage guarantees branded products as authentic subject to the terms of our Authenticity Guarantee. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or an authorized retailer of the brands identified on the website unless expressly stated otherwise.

Prices may be displayed in multiple currencies. The final transaction currency and total are shown at checkout. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, import duties, destination taxes, brokerage charges and other government fees are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility. We may correct obvious pricing or typographical errors before an order is accepted.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not constitute final acceptance. We may decline, cancel or request additional verification for an order where payment cannot be verified, inventory is unavailable, pricing is clearly erroneous, fraud risk is identified, export or sanctions restrictions apply, or fulfillment would violate law or carrier requirements. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount received.

Payment methods are those displayed at checkout. High-value or first-time purchases may require bank transfer, proof of identity, proof of address or payment verification. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery dates are estimates. Title and risk transfer as required by applicable law and the agreed carrier terms. Signature, identity or address verification may be required before release of a high-value shipment.

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Sourced, altered, personalized or Final Sale items may have restricted return rights to the extent permitted by law.

A sourcing request is not a commitment by either party. Availability and price may change until the buyer accepts a written quote and completes any required deposit or payment. Because accepted sourcing orders are acquired specifically for the buyer, they may be final sale except for authenticity or material listing discrepancies, subject to non-waivable law.

Masato Vintage website text, original photography, graphics, layout and branding are owned by or licensed to Masato Vintage and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Third-party brand names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification and descriptive purposes.

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content at scale, use the site for unlawful transactions, submit fraudulent payment information, or infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Masato Vintage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss caused by customs delays, or losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by the buyer. Any limitation will be interpreted only to the extent enforceable under applicable law.
