Processing

Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within 1-3 business days after cleared payment and completion of any payment or identity verification. High-value orders may require additional verification before release.

International delivery

Masato Vintage ships internationally using premium tracked carriers such as DHL Express and FedEx International Priority. Orders are insured in transit and require a signature on delivery. Carrier availability may vary by destination and item value.

Typical transit after dispatch is approximately 2-5 business days within Asia and 3-7 business days to North America, Europe and many other destinations. Customs processing, weather, security reviews and remote-area delivery can extend these estimates.

Shipping address and security

· We may require shipment to the billing address or another verified address for certain high-value orders.

· We do not ship to freight forwarders, P.O. boxes or unsupported destinations when the carrier or insurer cannot provide adequate coverage.

· Tracking details are emailed as soon as the shipment is released.

· A signature is required; unattended delivery is not authorized for high-value parcels.

Insurance and declared value

Shipments are insured for the appropriate sale value while in transit. Customs documentation reflects the actual merchandise and transaction value. We cannot declare an artificially reduced value or mark a commercial purchase as a gift.

Damage or delivery issue

If a parcel appears damaged, refuse delivery when possible or photograph the parcel before opening it. Contact Masato Vintage immediately so we can preserve the carrier and insurance claim process.
